Consultation on potential regulation of HS1 stations

We took on responsibility for the regulation of the four stations on the HS1 route on 27 July 2022.

Before doing so, we consulted stakeholders on a new, second regulatory statement and holding to account policy for CP3. You can read the responses that we received, and the conclusions of our consultation.

April 2022 consultation

DfT proposed to transfer responsibility for the regulation of the four stations on the HS1 network to ORR.

We consulted stakeholders on a potential new regulatory statement and a holding to account policy for CP3 for these duties.
