Our employee's health can affect how they work and therefore how we perform as an organisation. We are committed to ensuring their health and wellbeing is maintained while they are at work.

The profile of our staff can been seen in our equality information page.

Our health & wellbeing strategy explains our approach, which includes quarterly reporting of health and wellbeing statistics to our senior leadership team.

Sickness absence quarterly reporting

In line with all Civil Service departments, we are required to submit a summary of our employee absence statistics to the Cabinet Office and to publish the figures on a quarterly basis.

The provision of this information is designed to help the Cabinet Office to improve its work on tackling sickness absence, promoting the health and wellbeing of Civil Service employees, and delivering an engaged and motivated workforce.

Up to date data will be added to this table every quarter.
