Agreement between the National Safety Authorities of the French Republic and of the United Kingdom and the Channel Tunnel Intergovernmental Commission concerning cooperation in the field of safety and interoperability of railway activities- 7 January 2021

On 7 January 2021, the ORR , the National Safety Authority of the French Republic and the Channel Tunnel Intergovernmental Commission entered into a cooperation agreement in the field of safety and interoperability of railway activities. This cooperation agreement with the railway safety regulator of France and the Channel Tunnel Intergovernmental Commission ensures that we are able to co-operate efficiently in the safety and interoperability regulation of international passenger and freight train services between Great Britain and France.
