Enhancements efficiency benchmarking Phase 2 - Executive summary (Arup) - 26 November 2020

ORR needs to update efficient benchmarking ranges in order to provide expert advice on the efficient cost of enhancements. Phase two developed an additional cost benchmarking range for projects delivered using best practice.

This report relates to control period 6 (CP6), which covers the period from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2024.
