Memorandum of understanding between ORR and the Heritage Railway Association relating to publication of guidance on minor railways - 31 July 2013

The purpose of this MoU is to transfer to the Heritage Railway Association (HRA) the responsibility for reviewing and updating the guidance on minor railways to ensure it continues to reflect good practice.
