Consultation on changes to operator licences

For holders of EU passenger licences we updated their GB Statement of National Regulatory Provisions (SNRP) as well as their station licences on 3 December 2019. On 24 June 2020 we also updated those operators who just hold station licences too. For operators who provide traction only services, we have now modified their SNRPs.

Inspecting the London Underground

ORR’s Transport for London (TfL) inspectors, recently ventured out to undertake a series of assurance visits by looking at London Underground’s and TfL Rail’s coronavirus planning and arrangements at stations and train crew depots.

Stonehaven incident statement

Following the tragic Stonehaven incident, Network Rail has announced it is to inspect high-risk trackside slopes across Britain and the government has also asked Network Rail to review its resilience to, and management of, extreme weather.
