The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA)

As a public body we need to comply with FOIA, with the aim of promoting a spirit of openness and transparency. Information that we routinely publish is listed in the ORR publication scheme. To make a FOIA request, please contact us.

Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR)

As a public body we need to comply with EIR. EIR implements Directive 2003/4/EC on Public Access to Information and updates the law on public access to environmental information.

To make a request for information under EIR please contact us.
